Shipping & Returns

Postage and Packaging:

Our standard post and packaging charges are £3.99 per order to one address for UK mainland only using Royal Mail. Overseas delivery charges will be at cost and will be advised on receipt of your order.

Single orders over £50.00 will be FREE to UK addresses only.

Should you require express delivery, please call us for an accurate quotation.

  • Royal Mail First Class: £4.99
  • UK Special Delivery: £6.99 (weight restrictions apply and signature required)
  • UK Courier (2-3 days): £6.00 (signature required)
  • Europe Standard up to 1Kg.: £6.99 (Price will be quoted for parcels over 1Kg)

Returns Policy

Of course we want you to be completely happy with your purchases, but we do appreciate that you might occasionally want to return items for an exchange or refund.

Under the distance selling regulations, if you buy online or by phone, consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt of the original order. We are happy to extend this period to 14 days. Returned items should be in a saleable condition, and if possible in their original packaging. Please complete and validate the certificate of posting detailed below and be sure to pack them securely in a way which will ensure their safe return.

We make every effort to ensure that items are shipped to you in perfect conditions, but in the unlikely event of a faulty product, an exchange or refund will be processed within ten days and your return postage refunded. Should you discover a fault in an item outside our 14 day return period, please contact us for advice. Proof of the date of purchase will be required.

Items to be exchanged will be free of further delivery charges. Should there be a difference in price between the original purchase price and the exchange, we will need your contact details to process the additional payment or refund. When purchasing specs, you will find care instructions enclosed in your parcel. We will not be able to accepts requests for refunds or replacement if the fault if due to misuse or excessive wear and tear.

For your own protection, a certificate of posting is enclosed with every parcel we despatch. This should be stamped by the post office when you return goods to us as proof of their despatch. Goods lost in transit cannot be treated as returned.

We also enclose a returns form in every parcel. We are constantly seeking to improve our service to you and it would therefore be really helpful if you would indicate on your returns form the reason you are seeking an exchange/refund. Please do not hesitate to contact us for a second copy of the returns form, should the original be mislaid. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning items to us, unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.

Any items received as a gift can be returned for either an exchange or for gift vouchers. An email advising the request will be sent to the person who made the original purchase. Refunds can only be made to the card of the original purchaser.
